At the start,
You first take the pastry:
The Paris-Brest.
The're usually pretty good tasting.
You huff one right before.
It looks a bready thing, but really,
it's a creampuff type thing.
And then start out by you knock out 140km without stopping until you crash.
You get up and go right after.
Later in the ride it gets more fun.
And then more other stuff:
The four Italians that won't come around you,
Like no matter what.
Making friends along the way.
Everyone getting bombed/refreshed on cider at Vilhains au Juels - like 6am, 140km in.
