Stage 3: Elche de la Sierra - La Roda 157.8 km
Long and flat, should be another chance for sprinters unless Dygert has other ideas again.
Expected finish time: 16:45-17:15 CEST
Rodain of the Day : Charlotte Kool
Think DSM will get their leadout better calibrated and the others might have an even harder time.

Stage 2: Orihuela - Pilar de la Horadada 105.8 km
We get the road stages off to a start with a sprint opportunity.
Expected finish time: 16:50-17:10 CEST
Dadaist of the Day : Charlotte Kool
With not too many races that offer chances for climbers, most teams have opted to give as many climbers as possible a chance here so the sprint field isn’t stacked on paper. Given that Kool was actually challenging Wiebes she should be the prime favorite here.

Stage 1 : Torrevieja 14.5 km Team Time trial
The Vuelta is expanding to seven stages and has moved to May. This could get very god. We start of with a TTT like so many Vueltas do.
Equipo of the Day : Canyon/SRAM
A genuinely tricky TTT to predict. All teams with strengths and weaknesses.
