If you are The King already, why would you pull back from chopping off anyone's head that calls you "The Dolphin?"

Or at least quietly hire a bunch of sycophants, at arm's length, and have them call you like, maybe anything except "The Dolphin?"

That's the kind of stuff that Kings are supposed to do.
