Cycling transfers 2024 - the start of silly season

What big names are on the move for 2024? Deals have of course already been done but today is when teams & cyclists can officially announce their moves. A few we know about already.

Top sprinter Fabio Jakobsen is on the way out of Soudal - Quick Step as the team finish transitioning to a GC squad for Remco support. Jakobsen will be joining DSM Firmenich.

Following his top 5 finish at the tour, Carlos Rodriguez is almost certainly leaving the Ineos Grenadiers to become team leader at Movistar. Several others may be leaving Ineos - Tao Geoghegan Hart will probably be going to Lidl-Trek.

The strong get stronger, Jumbo will be adding Matteo Jorgenson & Ben Tulett to their supersquad. Hopefully those 2 still get some opportunities of their own.

Jonathan Milan, the big sprinting revelation of the Giro, is probably joining Lidl Trek. It will be interesting how he progresses in the classics and works with the existing Pedersen/Stuyven tandem.

Of course the biggest move would be if someone breaks the bank and poaches Evenepoel from Quickstep. I don't think it'll happen but Lef's reaction would be hilarious, so maybe fingers crossed ?!
