Wellens Retires From Cyclo-Cross
Bart Wellens, the two-time world cyclocross champion and two-time Belgian champion, has retired at the age of 36. Wellens, usually unable to maintain a top-10 position, said "I simply cannot bring myself to continue to do all the effort any longer.

With the Worlds (Van der Poel), BPost Bank Trofee (Van Aert) and the World Cup (Pauwels), over, we have the penultimate Superprestige of the 2014/2015 season.
Mathieu Van der Poel won worlds last week, and will be showing off his stripes in Lille, for the closing BPost race, the Krawatencross. Both the mens' and womens' races will be televised!
Van der Poel Storms to First Elite Rainbows
On an again slippery course in Tábor, 20-year-old Mathieu Van der Poel took victory in the Elite World Championships. A very unfortunate Wout Van Aert was second, and Dutchman Lars van der Haar was third.
