This video of the horrific collision that occurred during the Team Time Trial at the women's Vuelta El Salvador last Friday has been making the internet rounds. @CyclingFlash reports that the car driver failed to observe traffic signals, plowing into Colombian rider Nicole Estrada. While Nicole received heavy blows to her body, she's reportedly doing OK.
